WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY:
A minimum one night deposit is required; there are NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.

A $25.00 Cancellation fee applies. However, should you cancel your reservation due to, absolutely no snow** on trails at all; your deposit may be applied to another stay within the winter season. If you do not show up for your reservation, 20% charge on your entire reservation or one night’s stay will be charged to your account, which ever is greater. If you should wish to extend your stay beyond the day specified for departure, kindly advise us early; this may be possible either in the room you occupy or by moving to a new room. Moving may be necessary due to incoming guests. Unless notified in advance, and except in cases of emergency, reservations made prior to extensions will be honored to the terms of their reservation with North Woods Inn. NO Shows: if you fail to show up for your reservation, you will be responsible for the amount of the entire stay. Remember we have turned away many, many, other people for your room and that is not fair to the hotel nor to the others looking for rooms.

**No Snow: defined as absolutely no snow at all, any snow at all, on the trails.

SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICY:

The CANCELLATION POLICY is as follows: If you cancel your reservations 15 days or less there is NO REFUND ON DEPOSITS PAID, you forfeit your deposit.  However, if you cancel your reservation prior to 16 days from your arrival date you may receive a refund of all but $25.00 of your deposit.  Should you change your reservation 16 days prior to your arrival date, you may apply it to another equal stay within that season and a $25.00 cancellation/change fee applies.  A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between the North Woods Inn and you, the customer, it is understood that the North Woods Inn cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, accidents, breakdowns,  changes in travel plans, sickness, death or injury, etc.  A $25.00 fee is applied for a cancellation.  If you do not show up for a reservation you will forfeit your deposit.  If you showed up and left with out staying in the room you are responsible for your stay.  If you did not pay a one nights deposit; you will be charged for the one night stay plus the $25.00 cancellation fee.  Only registered hotel guests are allowed to stay in the Inn's rooms, all others will be asked to leave and no sublet of rooms allowed.
