Dear Marie and staff at Northwoods Inn,
I wanted to thank all of your staff sooo much for each of their parts in making our wedding day the best day of our lives! Living 3 hours away, we took a big chance trying to plan a wedding from a distance. Marie and Amy were right on top of answering my questions via phone and email, and were extremely accommodating to us as well as our guests. Northwoods Inn was the absolute PERFECT location for my husband and I to choose. We were going for a relaxed, fun, yet elegant atmosphere and that is exactly what we were given. MANY of our guests have commented that our wedding was one of the most fun that they have ever attended and how perfect this location is. They also have commented on how wonderful the food was. The portions were generous and delicious and the food service was timely and efficient. The night went off without a hitch! I have attached a bunch of pictures from our wedding that I though showed what a beautiful spot and facility you have (and also how much fun we had). You may share them : ) Marie, Amy, and the rest of the Northwoods staff, I cannot thank you enough for your part in helping to make our day so special and perfect.

Living 1 1/2 hours from Old Forge, we took a chance and drove to NWI to see if we could hold our daughter's marriage celebration there.  We instantly fell in love with the beautiful location and the accommodations.  The weekend of the celebration exceeded our expectations.  Marie and her staff provided outstanding service and the food was fabulous!  I would recommend NWI to everyone!  We will continue to visit NWI for years to come!

June 25th was one of the greatest days of my life and so much of that is in thanks to Marie at the North Woods Inn. Planning a wedding is never an easy thing and when I booked with the North Woods, it was with a completely different owner. I went back to meet Marie for the first time, with worry and anxiety and she instantly eased my mind with everything. She told me all the plans and on the day, she came through with absolutely everything she promised. I was able to drop everything off to her and she set up everything, worked with my florist and cake lady and made it all so amazing. Down to every last pinecone on the place settings, she didn't miss a detail. The day happened flawlessly. She checked in with me throughout the night, made changes to the tent, taking on and off windows according to the weather, she was incredible. There is no other place I would've rather had my wedding and I will always be grateful to her for making that day so stress free and perfect for me and my husband.
