Surf and Turf - an 8oz. Fillet Mignon dipped in Chef Derrick’s special seasoning, seared, and served with onion frittatas, bell peppers, corn relish, 8oz lobster tail topped with a béarnaise sauce

Chicken Mountaineer – Marinated bonless breast of chicken sautéed with smoked Kielbasa and shrimp with a demi glaze and a touch of cream

Honey and Nut Encrusted Salmon Fillet of salmon pan seared, topped with a honey nut crust, and baked on cedar shingles with a buerre blanc sauce

 

Long Island Duckling Crisp half duckling with main bone cut out, slowly roasted, brushed with honey, lightly seasoned and served with a Amaretto raspberry sauce.
